Hi all! This month, my PTA is trying to raise money for our school to meet their annual budget. I guess things are pretty tight this year. So, we are having a Box Tops for Education drive! The PTA is having each class K-6 bring in as many box tops as they can each week in the month of March and the class that brings in the most box tops wins a pizza party! We just barely found out about this so we are spreading the word to all our family, friends and cyber friends! We are also doing an aluminum can drive one week, and a penny collection drive this month. We sold chocolate in the Fall, but I guess that didn't do so well. Ok, on a lighter note, I am such a dork! For several years I've been too cheap to by an airport for my laptop, so to work, I had my internet connection up in my "office/guest bedroom". But, I only have one t.v in my house and that is downstairs in the living room. FINALLY, I bought myself a cable splitter and moved my internet connection downstairs where I can now curl up in my favorite easy chair and work AND watch tv!! Welcome to the 21st century!! (Almost...I still need wireless....or a second tv!... And no, I don't have a flat screen tv, yet!) So, I guess I have a ways to go....;)
